I reviewed your application and I find it quite satisfactory. However, I will only be adding you to the position of admin, which still has power over the server administration of course, but you will have to eventually work your way up like the rest. I hope you understand :^]. (And of course I can still make you superadmin if you find something serverbreaking that requires superadmin, so it's not like you'll never see superadmin again).
